I apologize for taking so long to update my dairy, but not a whole lot has been going on in our house it seems. We had Blaines adoption party on Nov 8 boy was that a blast it was not like I was surpised by how many people came and all the gifts he got, but in a sense I was. We are so fortunate to have such loving family and friends. They have not for a second treated him like he is not welcome in the family. He was even the highlight of the grandparents Christmas letter. He is growing like crazy still. His favorite word is Ball, especailly now when we are in the stores and he sees all the ornaments, ball? ball? ball? Do you see the ball? That was his first sentence I think that is pretty good for an almost 18 month old. Anything round is a ball. We went to Disneyland last week and we had a great time he splet through most of the rides. The one ride that he did not like at all was the carousel, imagine that. He cried the entire ride. We stil have little Peanut Isaac, the alledged dad finally did his paternity test the Monday before Thanksgiving, we should have the results back this week sometime. It will be nice to have some sort of closure on that matter, except I will be sad if he does turn out to be the dad because that means he will most likely leave us. Bio mom has been MIA for going on four weeks now. So our chances of adopting him are high if he is not the biodad. So we just wait, I think I will try calling the SW today and see if anything has come in yet. Dh should be getting a new job offer today, it will be way differnt then what he is used too. Basically 60% office job and 40% outside sales. He has been doing outside sales for over 10 years so him behind a desk ought to be interesting. My nephews football team won the league championship and went 13-0 for the season. We were so excited and to think he is only a junior. I guess that it all for now. It would be really nice to get some other potential or adoptive parents to keep a diary, it gets really quiet around here. I am glad to read the Steph is doing well and that Patrick is growing like a weed as well.
Well, I wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas.
Merry Chirstmas
Kim and Blaine
