Still hanging in there

Introduction

Well, if you have checked my blog, you know where we are in the process. If not, here's a quick update. Things are dead slow. There is a quota on how many dossiers can be submitted for this year and each country has one. Canada's is only 24 right now and it has been filled already. It is low due to post placement reports not getting to the right people or not at all. We are hoping that once some of these reports are in, the number will go up but only another 18. If this is true, nothing can happen now until next year unless those 18 reports get in. We are not holding our breaths for it to happen soon though. We feel that this is the way our children will come to us. Some days it is frustrating and scary and we feel like it will never happen. But then we read about a successful adoption and the joy and we feel at peace. I'll try to keep you posted. Remember, we have our blog that I update more often. If I remember to, I'll post those same entries here from now on, as long as there are readers here. Until next time. Remember: IT WILL HAPPEN!!!!!
